1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Looply Automation's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Service Description

Looply Automation provides AI-powered inbound call automation services, including but not limited to: automated call answering, lead qualification, call routing, call summaries, CRM integration, and analytics. The specific features available to you depend on your subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep your information up to date. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected during signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled in accordance with our 30-Day Call Handling Guarantee.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Looply Automation only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including telecommunications regulations and data protection laws. You may not use our services for spam, harassment, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Looply Automation, including but not limited to AI models, software, designs, and documentation, are owned by Looply Automation and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the service for your business purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Looply Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
